AUTOMATION HR WORKFLOWS: RESUME SCREENING AND ID CARD GENERATION USING UIPATH REFRAME WORK

Abstract

Human Resources divisions frequently encounter challenges with labour-intensive operations when managing large volumes of resumes and producing employee identification documentation. This research presents an integrated approach employing Robotic Process Automation through the UiPath ReFrame work to completely automate these procedures. The solution encompasses automated email processing for resume collection, data parsing through pattern matching techniques, candidate evaluation via scoring algorithms, automated short listing, digital ID card creation, and direct integration with Enterprise Resource Planning platforms. By leveraging pattern recognition, optical character interpretation, and office automation tools, the system efficiently processes unstructured documents. Experimental analysis of 147 sample resumes demonstrated substantial efficiency gains, with average processing times between 11-20 seconds per document while completely removing manual data entry mistakes. These findings validate the system’s capacity to establish consistent, expandable, and verifiable operational workflows.
