Traditional educational environments frequently lack the adaptive infrastructure necessary to provide person-alized support for diverse learning needs. This paper introduces ”NeuroLearn,” an intelligent, AI-driven assistive learning system designed to bridge this accessibility gap. Developed within the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, the system leverages advanced machine learning algorithms to dy-namically adjust educational content delivery based on real-time user interaction and comprehension metrics. By integrating natu-ral language processing and computer vision, NeuroLearn creates a highly customized learning pathway that promotes inclusivity and engagement. Early evaluations of the system architecture demonstrate a significant improvement in processing speed and user retention compared to traditional baseline methods. This research, supported by the Karnataka State Council for Science and Technology (KSCST), outlines the core methodology, data processing pipeline, and future scalability of adaptive assistive technologies.
