IOT BASED WOMEN WEARABLE SAFETY JACKET

Abstract

Women safety has become a major concern in modern society, especially for working women who travel alone during early morning or late-night hours. To address this issue, a wearable safety jacket integrated with Internet of Things (IoT) technology is proposed. The system combines sensors such as pulse rate, temperature, and motion sensors along with communication modules like GPS and GSM. The jacket continuously monitors the user’s physiological and environmental conditions and automatically triggers alerts in emergency situations. Real-time location tracking and distress signal transmission to predefined contacts enhance safety. This system aims to provide a reliable, user-friendly, and proactive safety solution for working women.
